Key Responsibilities
Organising the cover in school
Answers all enquiries by phone, intercom and email, manages and re-directs as necessary
Maintain the school diary and calendars, working with the headteacher
Implement and maintain all office systems
Implement and use software packages such as pupil database iSAMS/ParentMail, attendance records and registrations
Assist the DSL/DDSLs and Safeguarding Governor in managing the Single Central Register
Make applications for DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service
Manage Staff files
Maintain office supplies
Support the Admissions Officer with the Admissions procedure, as required
Assist the Marketing & Digital Communications Manager
Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external events

The college is currently looking for learning support workers to start working with them in September, with an induction to the role to be held at the end of August.

As a Learning Support Worker for this provision you will be helping the pupils with their learning and ensuring they can access all of their activities during a college day.
