Premier Education are working in partnership with a specialist SEND provision in Manchester who are responsible for the education of children and young people aged 16 - 25 years old with disabilities, complex needs and autism.

The college is currently looking for learning support workers to start working with them in March, with an induction to the role to be held at the end of February / early March in advance of the start date.

As a Learning Support Worker for this provision you will be helping the pupils with their learning and ensuring they can access all of their activities during a college day. You would be expected to be comfortable providing personal care if required, working as part of a team and must have a solid understanding of working with those who have PMLD and Medical Needs.

• To provide support and guidance to the young people by removing barriers to learning

Humanities Teacher

Premier Education is currently working on behalf of an outstanding SEN provision in the Oldham area that is looking to appoint a Humanities Teacher to cover a maternity leave which starts at the beginning of March and is full time.

The role would require the candidate to teach small classes of KS3 and KS4 students with Special Educational Needs with the KS4 cohort working on Edexcel IGCSE History and Geography.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working with pupils with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and have a proven track-record as a teacher specialising in Humanities.
