Our client is looking for a Level 3 qualified and enthusiastic individual who either has experience of leading a room in a nursery setting, a qualified early years teacher with EYTS/QTS or someone with previous nursery management experience. Job Title: Nursery Manager

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of nursery operations, including plant care, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize plant health and growth
- Supervise a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of plants and materials
- Assist customers with plant selection, provide expert advice on plant care, and address any concerns or issues
- Manage the sales process, including pricing, invoicing, and payment collection

Experience:
