We are a leading education recruitment agency, seeking experienced primary school teachers to work on a supply basis across the High Peaks area. As a supply teacher, you will work on an ad-hoc basis to cover absences and provide additional support to schools as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

To deliver high-quality teaching and learning to primary school pupils in the absence of the regular class teacher

To follow the lesson plans and teaching strategies provided by the school

To provide feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and behaviour during the lesson

To ensure the safety and welfare of all pupils in your care

To maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

Qualified teacher status (QTS)

Experience teaching Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 pupils

Strong classroom management skills

Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt to different teaching styles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible and adaptable approach to work

Current DBS certificate
