Premier Education are working in partnership with a specialist SEND provision in Manchester who are responsible for the education of children and young people aged 16 - 25 years old with disabilities, complex needs and autism.

The college is currently looking for learning support workers to start working with them in February, with an induction to the role to be held at the end of at the beginning of the month in advance of the start date.

As a Learning Support Worker for this provision you will be helping the pupils with their learning and ensuring they can access all of their activities during a college day. You would be expected to be comfortable providing personal care if required, working as part of a team and must have a solid understanding of working with those who have PMLD and Medical Needs.

The main aspects of the role are:
• To provide support and guidance to the young people by removing barriers to learning
