Refer a friend, get £100
We are always looking for high calibre candidates. Refer someone good and once they have worked ten full days, you get one hundred pounds in vouchers. Through September, your friend gets one hundred pounds too.
You both get £100. Refer someone before 30 September 2026 and once they have worked their ten full days, your friend receives £100 in vouchers as well as you. September is when schools need staff most, so we are doubling up.
How it works
If you are currently registered with Premier Education and you know a teacher, teaching assistant, nursery nurse or anyone looking for a non-classroom based role, refer them to us using the form.
- You must be registered with Premier Education yourself.
- Your friend registers and completes the usual vetting.
- Once they have worked ten full days, you receive £100 in vouchers.
- Refer before 30 September 2026 and your friend receives £100 in vouchers as well, once those same ten days are worked.
- There is no cap. Refer as many people as you like.
