• A choice of ‘day to day,' short term, long term and permanent positions.
• Work in a location to suit you: During your interview you will be asked where you wish to work - you can either choose by authority or distance. We have schools and nurseries in the following geographical locations within the North West: Manchester, Cheshire, Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale, Bolton, St Helens, Warrington, Wigan, Trafford and Tameside.
• When you register you will be assigned a consultant: It is their job to ascertain your exact requirements and to assist you in acquiring placements to suit your specific needs.
• Great Pay paid weekly: Rates of pay are determined by your level of experience and paid to you every Friday a week in arrears. Your tax, national insurance and holiday pay are all taken care of by our Payroll staff. Holiday pay is paid to you termly and you are able to see how much you have accumulated on your pay slip which you will also receive weekly.
• Training: Premier Education is dedicated to the ongoing and accredited professional of our teachers and offers annual professional development courses. The courses are tailored to suit the needs of our candidates.
• Resources: resources are available on line and as many of our consultants are experienced teachers we can have a range of lesson plans and resources that we can help you with too!
• Opportunities to meet one another and the Premier Team! We recognise that working on supply can be quite isolating so we also organise opportunities for our staff to meet one another socially and even through lockdown have managed to arrange a few online events.
