Established in 2001, Premier Education is an independent organisation specialising solely in education recruitment. We have worked with thousands of teachers, teaching assistants, support assistants and nursery nurses, helping them into permanent, long term and day-to-day supply positions in schools, nurseries and SEN provisions across the North West and West Yorkshire.

Great pay, every Friday
Rates reflect your experience and are paid weekly by BACS, a week in arrears. Tax, national insurance and holiday pay are handled by our payroll team, and holiday pay is paid to you termly.
Work that fits your week
Choose day-to-day, short term, long term or permanent. Placements run from half a day a week up to five days, a term, or longer.
A location that suits you
At interview you tell us where you will travel, by authority or by distance. We hold long term relationships with schools across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
Your own consultant
You are assigned a consultant whose job is to learn your exact requirements and find you placements that suit you.
Training that counts
We are committed to ongoing accredited professional development, with annual courses tailored to what our candidates actually need.
Resources and people
Lesson plans and resources are available online, and many of our consultants are former teachers. We also arrange chances to meet the team and each other, because supply can be isolating.
