Cover you can rely on
Whether you are a school or a private day nursery, we know how stressful it is to discover you need staff, especially first thing in the morning. One call does it.
What you can expect from Premier Education
We have 25 years of experience in education recruitment and work in partnership with primary schools, Early Years settings and SEN schools across the North West.
Whether you are a school or a private day nursery, we know how stressful it is to discover you need staff, especially first thing in the morning. We strive to provide an individual service tailored to your exact recruitment needs, not a list of whoever happens to be free.
Each consultant focuses on a specific type of setting in a specific area, so the person who picks up already knows your school.
The services we offer
Six things every school we work with can count on.
First class staff
We are committed to providing only the very best candidates. In the last academic year, 87% of our clients said the staff they received from Premier were excellent.
First class service
To match staff to your exact needs we need to understand your methods, standards and ethos. We do that through regular calls, on-site visits and meetings arranged to suit you.
Rigorous checks
As an experienced and compliant agency you can rest assured that all of our staff are appropriately checked and vetted, and that we act on your feedback.
Honest, prompt communication
We are contactable seven days a week. Office hours are Monday to Friday 7.00am to 5.30pm, and we can be reached at weekends and on weekday evenings for emergency bookings.
A dedicated consultant
Each consultant focuses on a specific education type in a specific area they know well, and many have teaching backgrounds of their own.
Competitive, flexible rates
Not all school budgets are the same. We believe getting teachers into classrooms matters most, so we tailor rates to your requirements.
Our vetting procedures
We ensure extensive and rigorous quality control across every part of our recruitment process. All candidates go through a thorough vetting procedure in line with national standards, and we are committed to the safety and security of the children in your care.
Safeguarding guidance places a responsibility on schools to record when checks on staff were made and by whom. To help you meet that, before any of our staff enter your premises we forward a compliance report setting out exactly which checks we have carried out and when.
