There are 3 stages to our recruitment process.
One of our team will contact you by telephone to find out more about your current situation, experience and qualifications. We will also ask you about the type of work you’re looking for and discuss opportunities currently available in our schools and nurseries that might be suitable. We will also conduct pre-interview safeguarding checks.
Firstly we will send you an invite by email confirming your interview date and time and will include either a link to your Online Meeting or our office details if you are attending in person. Your invitation will also contain a list of original documents that you will need for the interview. You will then also receive a second email inviting you to complete our online application form which can be done on smartphone, tablet or computer and you will be asked to upload your documentation to this form. This will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and it is vital you complete this before your interview takes place.
You will then meet with a consultant for a Face to Face interview which will either take place in person in our head office in Wilmslow ( Link ) or online. During the interview we will verify your documentation and find out about you -your experience, skills, what your ideal role is and where you are willing to travel. Following your interview, we will then collect your references, DBS, and some other items to ensure that we have everything we need to make you compliant. If there is anything, we're missing our compliance team will contact you . Once we have processed your documentation, referenced you and completed our compliance process we will notify you that you are fully registered and your consultant will be in touch to discuss vacancies with you.
