Premier Education is passionate about supporting schools with children who have additional needs. We have a dedicated team specialised in sourcing high quality SEND staff to teach and support in schools across the North West and Cheshire areas.

One of these clients is looking for short term, long term and day to day teaching and support staff on a regular basis. They are interested in people who have experience and qualifications in supporting the development and education of children with SEND.

Candidates must have experience working with children with SEND and must be resilient as the behaviour can sometimes be extremely challenging and the young people that attend the school are from vulnerable and sensitive backgrounds so a candidate who is professional and discrete is essential.

Ideal Candidates:

• Will have recent or relevant experience working with SEND
• Will have QTS/QTLS or an appropriate teaching qualification
• Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
• Will be dedicated, committed and passionate
• Will have a good understanding of the needs within specialist and mainstream provisions
• Have access to a car or be familiar with public transport routes
• Will responsible, safe and inclusive when planning and implementing lessons for students
• Have qualifications relevant to working in SEND establishments e.g. Team Teach, Moving and Handling, MAPA etc.

Premier Education Ltd is looking to appoint 3 Recruitment Administrators due to the ongoing growth of our Wilmslow office.

You will be a key member of our team, managing all aspects of candidate generation and resourcing. We specialise in the Education Sector and recruit teachers, teaching assistants, nursery nurses and support assistants.

Day to Day Duties:

• Using the telephones in a professional and clear manner
• Resourcing temporary staff online and in our database to quickly but efficiently assist to fill our client vacancies.
• Use of Job Boards, LinkedIn, online media, social media and general website research.
• Assist the Compliance team in clearing Candidates for work
• Assist the Consultants with New Candidate registration and Interview procedures
• Assist in managing and maintaining our Candidate Database

About You:

You will need :

• To have a professional approach and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• To have some experience of working in a fast-paced office environment preferably in a recruitment/resourcing role.
• To be driven, reliable, punctual and have a positive can do attitude.
