Bolton | Full Time | After Easter Start  

A lovely, welcoming primary school in Bolton is looking for a dedicated and energetic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support an EYFS pupil full time.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school with a friendly staff team and nurturing ethos, where every child is encouraged to thrive and exhibit excellent behaviours

The role will involve supporting a pupil in EYFS who enjoys being active and engaged throughout the day. The school is looking for someone with patience, positivity and a bit of personality someone who can build a strong relationship, keep him motivated and help him channel his energy in a positive way.

The Role

  • Providing 1:1 support for an EYFS pupil
  • Encouraging engagement with learning through movement, structure and positive reinforcement
  • Supporting with behaviour regulation and focus in the classroom
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team
  • Helping the pupil access learning both in class and through practical activities

  • Has experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in EYFS
