Job Title: Part-Time Nursery Assistant - Macclesfield Area (Supply)

 

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Nursery Assistants to join our team for part-time supply work in the Macclesfield area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of different nurseries, gaining valuable experience while maintaining a flexible work schedule.

 

As a Nursery Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the care and education of children aged 0-5 years. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes children's learning and development.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a nursery setting and hold a relevant childcare qualification, such as an NVQ Level 2 or 3. You must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for working with children.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Assisting with the daily care and education of children aged 0-5 years

Supporting the planning and delivery of activities and experiences that promote children's learning and development

Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff members

Maintaining a safe and clean environment that meets the needs of all children

Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:

 

Experience working in a nursery setting

Relevant childcare qualification (NVQ Level 2 or 3)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different nurseries' routines and policies
