Have you had experience working as a Cover Supervisor?
We are delighted to be working with a well respected school within the Cheadle, Staffordshire area who are seeking a professional Cover Supervisor to join their faculty as soon as possible.
About you:
- Passionate about working with children
- Experience working in a school environment, including in a classroom setting
- Able to implement behaviour management strategies
- Previous experience working in a classroom or similar setting
- Able to work alongside teaching staff
- Quick-thinking and professional approach
About the role:
- Working as a full time Cover Supervisor
- Providing supervision of pupil learning
- Supporting in covering lessons, delivering the curriculum and implementing lesson plans on behalf of teaching staff
- Ensure classrooms are kept neat and tidy
- Be able and comfortable to move around the school
- Implement school behaviour policies
- Adhere to staff guidelines
- Maintain high levels of safeguarding
