SEN jobs across the North West

Premier Education is an independent education recruitment agency working across Early Years, primary, secondary and SEN in the North West, and has been since 2001. SEN is a large part of what we do: one-to-one support in mainstream schools, and teaching assistant and support roles in specialist SEN settings.

It asks a lot of you, and schools rightly expect experience or a real willingness to learn. The consultants placing you have seen the settings themselves, so you will know what a role involves before your first day.

Placements range from day-to-day cover to short term, long term and permanent posts, and you choose the days you work.

SEN job questions

Do I need SEN experience?

Schools rightly expect experience or a real willingness to learn. If you are newer to SEN, tell us at interview and we will be honest about which roles suit you.

Do I need a qualification?

Not always, though many schools prefer a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and it widens what we can offer you. Experience with children matters just as much.

Can I work part time?

Yes. Placements range from half a day a week upwards, and you tell us the days you want.

How am I paid?

Weekly, in arrears, on a Friday by BACS directly into your bank account, with no registration fee.
