Teaching jobs in Manchester
Day-to-day cover, long term contracts and permanent posts across Greater Manchester, from Stockport and Trafford out to Rochdale, Oldham and Wigan.
Greater Manchester is our home patch
Our head office sits in Wilmslow, a few miles south of the city, and Greater Manchester has been the core of what we do since 2001. That matters when you are picking an agency: the consultant you speak to has usually visited the school they are sending you to, and can tell you what the department is actually like before you accept the booking.
We hold long standing relationships with schools across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire, and Greater Manchester makes up the majority of our work. At interview you tell us which authorities you will travel to, either by name or by distance from home, and we work inside those limits rather than ringing you about a job an hour away.
What Manchester teachers get from us
The things that decide whether supply is worth doing.
Cover booked the same morning
Schools ring us from 7.00am. If you have told us you are free, you will hear from us early rather than at 9.15am when it is too late.
Paid weekly, every Friday
By BACS, a week in arrears, with tax, National Insurance and holiday pay handled by our payroll team. Holiday pay is paid to you termly.
Travel limits we respect
Greater Manchester is big and the traffic is worse. Tell us how far you will go and we stick to it.

Register your CVManchester questions
Do you cover the whole of Greater Manchester?
Yes. We work across Greater Manchester and hold long standing relationships with schools right across it, including Stockport, Trafford, Tameside, Oldham, Rochdale, Bolton and Wigan.
Can I choose which boroughs I work in?
Yes. At interview we ask exactly which authorities you want to work in, or how far you are prepared to travel, and we only offer you work inside that.
How quickly can I start?
Once you are fully registered and compliant, you can be offered work straight away. The limiting factor is usually references and your DBS, so the sooner you start the process the sooner you can work.
