Premier Education works exclusively within Early Years, primary education and SEN. We have never tried to be everything to everyone, and that focus is why primary headteachers across the North West have used the same consultant here for years.
We recruit across the whole primary age range: EYFS and reception, KS1 and KS2, plus PPA cover, intervention work and leadership appointments. If you have a preferred year group, say so, we would rather place you where you are strongest.
Early career teachers welcome
Every year we help newly and recently qualified teachers into their first classrooms, and supply is frequently the route that gets them there. Our page for early career teachers explains how that tends to play out.

Do I need QTS to register as a primary teacher?
Yes, to work as a supply teacher with us you need qualified teacher status. If you are working towards it, or you are unqualified but want to work in education, talk to us about teaching assistant and cover supervisor roles instead.
Can I say which year groups I want?
Yes, and you should. At interview we ask about your experience and where you are strongest, and we place you accordingly rather than filling whatever gap is open.
Do you place ECTs?
Yes, every year. Supply is often the fastest route into a permanent primary post, because schools get to see you teach rather than read an application form.
Are there permanent primary jobs, or only supply?
Both. We place day-to-day, short term, long term and permanent primary teachers in schools across the North West.
