Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and vibrant primary school in Macclesfield. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide feedback to teachers on pupils’ progress and assist in maintaining records of achievements and behavior.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions as required.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally with children of different abilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A positive, patient, and caring attitude.
• Ability to manage and engage with children in a respectful and nurturing manner.
• Good understanding of child development and the primary school curriculum.
• Basic knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN).
• First Aid qualification.
