About the Role

• Supporting classroom activities and assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support, often working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Temporary assignments that vary in length, giving you the chance to work in different school settings.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable (but not essential, as training can be provided).
• A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach, especially when working with SEND students.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
