Since 2001 we have registered thousands of teachers, support staff and nursery nurses who chose us to help them find work, and every year we supply staff to primary, secondary and early years settings throughout the North West. We still work with many of those original schools today, on the back of reputation and trust rather than hard selling.
We are based in Wilmslow, where our modern and spacious offices sit on the same site as Ferrari and Porsche, in case you need the extra motivation.
Successful candidates will have a track record of building long lasting client and candidate relationships, excellent customer service skills, strong sales credentials, and the ability to grow a desk quickly into sustainable long term and day-to-day business.

- Developing a pool of skilled and inspirational teachers and support staff
- Building relationships with existing clients and finding new business
- Advertising vacancies and marketing them to the right people
- Meeting candidates and preparing them for interview
- Managing client bookings and vacancies
- Negotiating offers between your clients and your candidates
