Teaching Assistants needed in Macclesfield and surrounding areas

· Experience with SEND pupils is preferable

· £88.92- £110 per day

Premier Education are working with several fantastic primary schools in the Macclesfield and surrounding areas, who wish to appoint qualified teaching assistants on both ad hoc, short and long term placements. The role may involve 1-1 or general TA work, depending on the needs of the school.

The successful applicants will have proven experience of working with pupils with SEND and have a range of strategies to promote good behaviour and establish a purposeful learning environment. Excellent organisation and communication skills to deal with both children and adults are essential along with the ability to work under supervision and as a team member. You must also hold a minimum Level 2 Qualification or higher and have experience in UK classrooms.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:

• Have knowledge of SEND and/or a willingness to learn more
• You must also hold a Level 2 Qualification or higher.
• Are willing to put the needs of the children at the centre of all they do
• Have a good attitude and are keen to develop their existing skills and learn new ones
• Are willing to contribute to the wider life of the school
• Nurturing and caring personality
• A team player with the ability to develop strong relationships with parents, pupils, staff and outside agencies
