Exciting opportunity: Teaching Assistant with STRONG behaviour management experience to work 1:1 in MAINSTREAM SCHOOL starting September

PART TIME 4 DAYS PER WEEK (Monday to Friday)

Premier Education are working with a wonderful school near Knutsford who are looking for an experienced TA to work 1:1 with a child going into year 1. The school have a close knit, caring and supportive team who want to find the right fit to help, support and work with the child. Resilience and compassionate nature required as the child has a tendency to lash out at times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support, ensuring child can access the curriculum.
• Implement personalised learning strategies
• Support the classroom teacher with behaviour management and classroom activities.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment to enable child to thrive

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with behavioural issues
• resilience, patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• A proactive, adaptable approach to supporting students.
• Part time (4 days) commitment: Monday to Friday, long term
