Are you an experienced and patient Teaching Assistant looking for a part-time role that still makes a real impact each day?

Premier Education is currently working with a lovely primary school in the Runcorn area who are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join them on a mornings-only basis.

This role involves providing consistent, supportive 1:1 support for a pupil who benefits from structure, encouragement and a calm, nurturing approach.

The Role

• Providing 1:1 support within the classroom
• Supporting engagement, focus and emotional regulation
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Building a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil

What They’re Looking For

• Experience supporting children with additional needs (school or similar setting)
• A calm, patient and resilient nature
• Someone reliable who can offer consistency day-to-day
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children to thrive
