Reception Teaching Assistant - Immediate start, ongoing



• EYFS Teaching assistant
• Mon - Fri Full time
• Experience with SEN pupils would be beneficial
• £65.50 - £80 per day


Premier Education are working with an excellent primary school in the Wigan area, who require an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in their reception classroom. The role involves supporting pupils both within the classroom with guidance from the class teacher, as well as supporting a pupil with SEN on a 1:1 basis.

You would be part of a forward thinking school that has a friendly and dynamic staff team who work collaboratively to ensure their pupils are safe, happy and reaching their potential.

The ideal candidate would…
- Have experience working within a school environment
- Be confident working independently and within a team
- Have excellent knowledge of the different Key Stages and National Curriculum
- Be confident and possess a positive approach to behaviour management
- Be able to plan and organise and use own initiative
- Qualifications for supporting teaching in schools would be advantageous.
