• SEND TA required 
• 3 days per week (days TBC) 
• Long term role (September 2025 - July 2027)

Premier Education are working on behalf of a brilliant secondary school in South Manchester to recruit an SEND TA to support a student in Year 10 with additional needs. This role is very long term and the successful candidate will be expected to carry out this role until July 2027. 

The ideal candidate will have;

• Level 2/ Level 3 / SEND TA qualification 
• Experience supporting students with additional needs
• A good understanding of the importance of equality and inclusion 
• Effective behaviour management strategies 
• A patient and calm demeanour 
• A strong understanding of the importance of safeguarding children.
