£140-£200 per day

Are you a science teacher with experience planning, delivering, and resourcing good or outstanding lessons?

Do you have experience teaching Secondary?

If so, then we are keen to speak to you! We are working in partnership with a school in the Stockport area who are looking for an Science specialist teacher to deliver lessons to secondary school students in KS3.

Ideal candidates will:

Have QTS, QTLS, or other relevant teaching qualifications.

Have experience teaching Science.

Be sensitive to the needs and backgrounds of some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable children and young people.

Have passion and interest in your subject and be committed to the wider life and ethos of schools.

Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references to cover the last 2 years of employment history.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum.

Teach computer science to students in an engaging and interactive manner.

Use various instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate instructional activities.

Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.

Stay updated on current educational practices and trends in science education.
