Teacher of Maths

Location: Glossop Area
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Long-term

Premier Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the Glossop area who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and make a real impact across Key Stages 3 to 5.

Role Details:

· Teaching Mathematics across KS3, KS4, and KS5
· Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and challenging lessons
· Supporting pupils of all abilities to achieve their full potential
· Contributing to departmental development and collaborative planning

Candidate Requirements:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification
· Experience teaching Maths up to KS5 (A-level experience desirable)
· Strong curriculum knowledge and a passion for your subject
· Excellent classroom management and communication skills
· Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS certificate and demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding responsibilities in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)

Pay:

£130 – £230 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
