Teaching KS3 and KS4 Drama

• Teacher with specialism of Drama
• Based in North Leeds – Secondary School setting!
• Start ASAP
• Long term placement – until the summer
• Paid to scale
• This role is only for someone with QTS

We are delighted to be working with a large secondary school based in North Leeds who require the services of an experienced teacher of Drama or a teacher specialising in another subject with Drama as part of their experience. Working with a friendly and supportive team, you will be tasked with supporting the Drama department in fulfilling their full timetable.

The working environment and Drama / Music facilities within school are second to none. You will benefit from having access to an excellent working environment where students are engaged in their Drama studies and keen to progress within their workload. Students are high achievers and thrive of working in teams together.

About the job:

Deliver KS3 and KS4 Drama

• Work with small and large groups, ages 11 to 16
• Working part time, ideally each Monday

About you:

Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and GCSE Level

• Used to working in a Drama room, experience of lights and stage equipment
• Professional and enthusiastic
• Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Team player
• Kind to colleagues
• Keen to contribute to the team dynamic
• Looking for a part time role where you will be valued
