About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled individual to deliver engaging and practical lessons in construction to KS3 and KS4 students. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learners who benefit from a more personalised and supportive educational setting.

You will:

• Plan and deliver hands-on construction lessons that inspire and motivate.
• Develop students' practical skills and theoretical understanding.
• Support learners with varying levels of ability and social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with other staff and external agencies.
• Small class sizes.

 About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or a relevant teaching qualification in construction or a related subject.
• Practical industry experience or background in construction is highly desirable.
• Experience working with students in alternative or SEND settings is advantageous.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for vocational education and a commitment to student progress and well-being.
