We are currently working on behalf of a lovely Skelmersdale school to find a teaching assistant for their year 1 class. This school caters for children from ages 2 to 11 and prides itself on the fact that everyone is made to feel part of their special family. Staff at the school are exceptional at providing quality, tailored learning for each and every child, every day.

This exciting opportunity will begin on the 2^nd September and is ongoing. The role will involve supporting the class teacher and the children with daily classroom tasks. There will also be a requirement to provide some assistance to children with additional needs.

The idea candidate will have:

·Experience working in a Key Stage 1 classroom
·The ability to engage and motivate learners
·The ability to work as part of a team
·A strong understanding of the importance of inclusion
·An ableness to make learning accessible to all
