Primary Teacher – Part Time (Maternity Cover)

Warrington | September Start | 3 Days Per Week | 

A welcoming and nurturing primary school in a lovely leafy area of Warrington is looking to appoint an experienced KS1 Teacher to join their team from September to cover a maternity leave.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and passionate teacher who enjoys creating engaging lessons, building strong relationships and helping pupils thrive during such an important stage of their education.

The role will be three days per week and is expected to continue until the beginning of 2027

The Role:

• Teaching a lovely class three days per week
• Planning and delivering engaging KS1 lessons
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with a supportive and friendly staff team
• Maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS and have recent KS1 teaching experience
• Have strong phonics knowledge and national curriculum understanding
• Be warm, enthusiastic and highly organised
• Build excellent relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Be committed to helping children feel confident and supported in school
