KS1 Primary Teacher

Location: Trafford Area
Start Date: June
Contract: Until end of term
Hours: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)

Premier Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the Trafford area seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Primary Teacher to join their team from June until the end of term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner who enjoys supporting young learners during a key stage of their development.

Role Overview:

• Teaching within Key Stage 1
• Planning and delivering engaging and well-structured lessons
• Supporting pupils’ progress in phonics, literacy, and numeracy
• Assessing and monitoring pupil development
• Working closely with the wider KS1 team and support staff
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within KS1
• Strong understanding of phonics and early curriculum expectations
• Effective classroom management and organisational skills
• A proactive, nurturing, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
