A welcoming and supportive primary school is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-supported Nursery class, working alongside two experienced and capable Teaching Assistants within a school known for its positive staff culture and collaborative team environment.
Although based in Wigan, the school is located right next to the train station, making it less than 40 minutes from Manchester city centre, making it a very accessible role for teachers based across Greater Manchester.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, play-based learning within a Nursery setting, supporting pupils at the very start of their school journey.
The class benefits from strong TA support, allowing you to focus on high-quality teaching, early development and building positive relationships with children and families.

We Are Looking For Someone Who
• Has experience teaching within EYFS / Nursery
• Understands the importance of play-based learning and early development
• Builds strong relationships with young children
• Works well as part of a supportive team
• Can start immediately or at short notice
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Early Years Foundation Stage
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
