Here at Premier education we are looking for an experienced, qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in one of our schools in the Oldham area. This could be a good opportunity for an ECT or a qualified HLTA to work at a lovely school across all age ranges.
The role will involve teaching while class lessons across Yr1-3 so experience in any of these key stages is essential while supporting the class teacher with progress. If you have classroom experience and have successfully supported pupils’ learning in whole class, small group and one-to-one environments then we want to hear from you. The role is 5 days a week starting 30th October until Christmas.
The ideal candidate would: - Have experience teaching within a school environment - Be confident working independently and within a team - Have excellent knowledge of the different Key Stages and National Curriculum - Be confident and possess a positive approach to behaviour management - Be able to plan and organise and use own initiative - Qualifications for supporting teaching in schools or HLTA qualification
