£88.92-£100 per day

Are you a caring, resilient and proactive Teaching Assistant who genuinely loves helping children thrive?

Premier Education are currently working closely with a warm, supportive primary school who are looking for SEND Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or Level 3) to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, supporting pupils in KS1 and LKS2.

This role would suit someone who:
✔ Has experience supporting pupils with SEND (autism, communication needs, SEMH, learning difficulties)
✔ Can build positive relationships and offer consistent emotional support
✔ Is calm, patient and adaptable
✔ Enjoys being part of a close-knit, welcoming school team

The role:

  • 1:1 and small-group support
  • Supporting learning, behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCO and wider support staff
  • Helping pupils access the curriculum and feel confident in school
