School Administrator – Temporary Ongoing

Premier Education are working with a lovely and welcoming primary school in the Tyldesley area who are looking to appoint a temporary ongoing School Administrator whilst they recruit permanently for the role.
This is a part time position working:
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 2:00pm
The successful candidate will ideally have previous school administration experience and a welcoming and happy personality.
Duties will include:
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Speaking with parents, staff and visitors
• Typing letters and general office administration
• Managing club registers
• Supporting with music timetables and schedules
• General reception and administrative support
The school are looking for somebody friendly, organised and confident working in a busy front office environment.
