School Administrator – Bolton (Full Time and Part Time roles)

Location: Bolton
Role: School Administrator
Hours: Full Time or Part Time roles (Monday–Friday, school hours)
Start Date: ASAP

Premier are currently working with a group of welcoming and supportive schools across Bolton who are seeking experienced School Administrators to support their busy school offices.

School offices are the heartbeat of a school, so we are looking for someone who is organised, friendly and confident dealing with parents, pupils and staff in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You will be supporting the school office with a range of administrative duties including:

  • Answering phones and welcoming visitors to the school
    • Managing emails and parent enquiries
    • Supporting with pupil attendance and registers
    • General office administration and data entry
    • Supporting the wider school team with day-to-day organisation

The Ideal Candidate

We would love to hear from candidates who:

  • Have previous school administration experience
    • Are familiar with SIMS, ArborBromCom or other school systems
    • Are confident communicating with parents and staff
    • Can work independently and stay organised in a busy office
    • Are friendly, professional and reliable
