Hours: 8:00am – 3:15pm
Contract: Term Time Only (38 weeks annualised across 52 weeks)

Salary: £15 – £17 per hour (dependent on experience)

Premier Education is working in partnership with a small to medium early years setting seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step away from a large corporate environment and truly make their mark within a supportive, community-focused setting. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to help build the numbers for this lovely setting.
A Deputy Manager is already in place, and the successful candidate will work closely alongside the SENCO and management committee to continue developing high-quality provision.
Work collaboratively with the Deputy Manager and SENCO
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and EYFS delivery
Provide strong leadership and support to staff
Work alongside the management committee to support strategic development
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice
Level 3 qualification (minimum) in Early Years
Proven experience running or managing an early years setting
Excellent safeguarding knowledge and strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Experience within a small–medium sized setting preferred
Paediatric First Aid (essential)
Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) qualification – desirable
Confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively alongside a management committee
Term-time only working (38 weeks paid across 52 weeks)
