After School Club Manager (Temp to Perm)
Location: Small rural primary school near Buxton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

Starts September

Level 3 in childcare needed

Premier Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and close-knit rural primary school located near Buxton. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Club Manager to oversee and deliver engaging after-school provision for primary-aged children.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking to take on a leadership role within a supportive school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering fun, safe, and stimulating activities
• Ensuring the wellbeing and safeguarding of all children
• Leading a small team and managing day-to-day club operations
• Liaising with parents and school staff as needed

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Paediatric First Aid, childcare or playwork qualifications) are desirable but not essential

This role is offered on a temporary basis initially, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
