Premier Education are working on behalf of an excellent school in the Salford area to help them find an experienced EYFS teacher to join their team in March to cover a long term sickness in the nursery classroom.
Candidates will lead pupils of all abilities in aspects of teaching and child development, and inspire them to be successful learners across a range of subjects by having a great understanding of the Early Years Framework.
Primary Teacher Requirements
• Ability to plan, resource and mark lessons as and when required
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework.
• Highly motivated, dedicated and passionate practitioner
• Use a range of stimulating and imaginative resources
• Commitment in any role to the entirety of your obligations and the ethos of the school / provision
• Strong Literacy, Numeracy and ICT Skills

KS2 Teaching Assistant

Premier Education are working with an excellent primary school in the Atherton and Leigh area, who wish to appoint an experienced teaching assistant to join their hard working, successful and forward thinking school, within the KS2 department. This role requires 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with challenging behaviour, who needs a helping hand to build good relationships and focus on his school work.
The successful applicant will have proven experience of working in KS2 and have a range of strategies to promote good behaviour and establish a purposeful learning environment. Excellent organisation and communication skills to deal with both children and adults are essential along with the ability to work under supervision and as a team member.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has knowledge of SEN with challenging behaviour and/or a willingness to learn more
• Be able to work with parents of this pupil and communicate on a daily basis with them
• Are willing to put the needs of the children at the centre of all they do
• Have a good attitude and are keen to develop their existing skills and learn new ones
• Are willing to contribute to the wider life of the school and the parish
• Committed to maintaining the ethos of the school and support our Mission Statement and aims
• A team player with the ability to develop strong relationships with parents, pupils, staff and outside agencies
