Personal Development Lead for Year Group
Starting after February half term 2022
Long term role with potential to be extended permanently

The Personal Development Lead for the Year Group will be a key point of contact for all matters. Working in a team of staff, they will improve student welfare to assist students in overcoming learning barriers.
The key duties and responsibilities include:
-Ensuring teaching staff are supported in raising achievements of targeted students and making sure their behaviour does not impact on other students
-Creating constructive relationships with staff and students, and outside agencies
