A face-to-face interview is completed by experienced consultants with working knowledge of the education sector.

Full employment background with gaps.
Identity checks via documentation specified by Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and DfE.
Proof of address checks.
Proof of Qualifications.
Eligibility to work.
Enhanced DBS Certificate valid and verified prior to candidates working.
ISA barred list (previously List 99.)
Medical check carried out via a questionnaire
National College for Teaching and Leadership (NCTL) checked for referrals or restrictions on QTS/QTLS Teachers.
Written references (minimum of two) obtained to cover a minimum of two years’ employment.
Overseas trained teachers qualifications are checked to ensure they hold the equivalent of a British PGCE or BEd, via The National Academic Records Information Centre (NARIC).
A compliance report is always issued to clients with safeguarding confirmation before candidate arrives on school premises.
Your evaluation of candidates is important to us — and to them. It helps us to make sure that we supply you with teachers and staff best suited to your school. We will ask you to help us by providing regular feedback and as part of our Quality Assurance programme will observe our teacher ‘s in the classroom if in long term assignments.
