Teacher Testimonials

It has been a great experience and pleasure being part of a fantastic team. Premier Education, throughout the academic year, have found me various kinds of supply work, both long and short term assignments. I have gained valuable experience as an NQT and I am now able to build on my success with the help from Premier Education. I have to thank Alistair and his colleagues for not only their very professional manner, but their friendly attitude whenever I needed information and advice. See you in the next academic year!

Kerry Sharples, Primary Teacher

I joined Premier Education as a teacher returning to the profession and received excellent service from the very beginning. The staff at Premier provided me with a wide variety of placements which I thoroughly enjoyed, kept in touch with me at all times, and offered support as and when I needed it. This helped my return to teaching go very smoothly. I would certainly recommend Premier Education and, if I return to supply work in the future, I would have no hesitation in registering with them again.

Rachel Jackson, Primary Teacher

I applied to work with Premier Education in September, having finished my PGCE in the summer. The interview process and administrative work were conducted in a very friendly and relaxed manner. I was invited to an informal get together where I met other teachers and listened to a talk by an experienced supply teacher and a headteacher. This proved to be a very useful insight into supply work as I knew what a headteacher would expect from a supply teacher in their school and I picked up some very useful tips from the experienced teacher. Work from Premier came through very quickly. The details for every job were always at hand and the schools I was sent to were good schools with friendly children and staff. The Premier team, including senior management, frequently called to see how I was getting. This was a very nice touch not often seen from companies.
Throughout my time working for Premier Education I found the staff to be very friendly, supportive and ready to help. I would definitely recommend this agency to other NQTs looking to do supply work.

Andy Openshaw, Primary Teacher

I can warmly recommend Premier Education. The staff are very friendly, personal and supportive. Whenever I got lost on the way to a school, I received directions over the phone. At the end of a day or week, they would ring to check I was doing fine. Being with Premier has particularly paid off for me since they helped me find a NQT post by recommending me to the schools in which I had assignments. The school where I am happily employed now invited me for interview partly because they remembered me from the supply work I had done for them.

C Hemme-Unger, Primary Teacher

After returning from overseas in April I was looking for a long term position in September – which I thought would take a while. However, I arranged an interview with Premier Education for a Friday and the following Wednesday I had an interview and now have a one year position for September at a lovely school! Alistair and the staff at Premier Education were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I had regular contact about the job interview times and all of the information I would need which made the interview process so much easier. I would highly recommend Premier Education for anyone wanting to do supply teaching in the area and I would have no hesitation in working for them again.

Premier Education is by far the best agency I’ve used and I’m currently signed up with four. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient – you will always be paid promptly – and they go the extra mile to provide a superior service. You won’t be just another number; they are courteous and friendly and respect your professionalism. There’s never any pressure to accept bookings and, unlike other agencies, they don’t question you about work you do for other agencies with the intention of poaching staff and/or school contracts. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Sign up!

Helen Drumm, Primary Teacher

I can recommend Premier Education as the best supply agency for teachers. I have worked for them for six years and they are one of the most pro-active agencies I have ever been with: constantly engaged in searching and finding work for me, despite the uncertain climate, at times, for teachers. They are always consistent and thoroughly professional in all aspects of work and pay. I recommend them to you.

Jeanie H.M. Bryan MA BA PGCE, Secondary Teacher

I have been very happy with the service that I have received from Premier. From the first stages of contact and interview it was clear that they were highly professional, yet personal and friendly in their approach. They established my professional needs well and offered me various types of work in education for both term time and holiday time. In the end I was approached for a full time temporary post which has since been extended to cover a full year on a temporary contract.
Throughout my time at the school Premier kept in contact through phone calls and text messages and were prepared to visit the school to see how I was getting on. Whenever I needed to call them to make any enquiry I always knew in advance that the call would be friendly and that any problem would be dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am happy to be on a temporary contract but, when this comes to an end, I’ll certainly be returning to Premier. They’re the best agency I’ve encountered.

Katherine Taylor, Secondary Teacher

I worked for Premier Education for just over a year, and in that time found them very helpful. They tried very hard both to find work for me, and the tailor it to my subject and preferences. They rang regularly to check that I was ok, and that placements had gone well, and I knew that if I needed to I could ring and complain about anything. I worked both on a day-to-day basis and long-term, and in both cases they were helpful, available and at all time professional. They did also leave me alone if I’d said I couldn’t work at any point – having said so they’d wait until I had said I could work again, which was great; I never felt pressured!
