I have been very happy with the service that I have received from Premier. From the first stages of contact and interview it was clear that they were highly professional, yet personal and friendly in their approach. They established my professional needs well and offered me various types of work in education for both term time and holiday time. In the end I was approached for a full time temporary post which has since been extended to cover a full year on a temporary contract.
Throughout my time at the school Premier kept in contact through phone calls and text messages and were prepared to visit the school to see how I was getting on. They rang regularly to check that I was ok, and that placements had gone well, and I knew that if I needed to I could ring and complain about anything. I worked both on a day-to-day basis and long-term, and in both cases they were helpful, available and at all time professional. They did also leave me alone if I’d said I couldn’t work at any point – having said so they’d wait until I had said I could work again, which was great; I never felt pressured!
