I applied to work with Premier Education in September, having finished my PGCE in the summer. The interview process and administrative work were conducted in a very friendly and relaxed manner. I was invited to an informal get together where I met other teachers and listened to a talk by an experienced supply teacher and a headteacher. This proved to be a very useful insight into supply work as I knew what a headteacher would expect from a supply teacher in their school and I picked up some very useful tips from the experienced teacher. Work from Premier came through very quickly. The details for every job were always at hand and the schools I was sent to were good schools with friendly children and staff. The Premier team, including senior management, frequently called to see how I was getting. This was a very nice touch not often seen from companies.
