We are contactable 7 days a week. Our office opening hours are Monday - Friday 7.30-5.30 and we can also be contacted during weekends and weekday evenings for emergency bookings.

We ensure extensive and rigorous quality control in all aspects of our recruitment process. All of our candidates go through a thorough vetting procedure in line with the standards set by the DFES and we are committed to the safety and security of the children.
Recent guidelines published by the DFES on Safeguarding Children in Education now place a responsibility on schools to keep a record collating when checks on staff were made and by whom. In order to adhere to these guidelines and assist schools with this task before any of our staff enter a school premises we will forward a compliance report which clearly states when each of these checks have been carried out.
