Services we offer
- First class staff: We are committed to providing only the very best teachers, non teaching staff, nursery nurses and nursery assistants in order to ensure that they provide you and the pupils with the best possible service. All are thoroughly vetted and interviewed face to face in keeping with safeguarding guidelines. We operate strict quality control to ensure only the most professional work for us.
- First class service: We will visit your school in order to gain an understanding of your individual needs, methods, standards and ethos. If a temporary member of staff is required we will take a detailed job specification to ensure the right match is found to meet your requirements.
- Strict vetting procedures: Our pre employment checks are rigorous and teachers are not available for placements until all the necessary checks have been completed. We also take our responsibilities of vetting, assisting with professional development and acting upon feedback from you very seriously. We send termly evaluations to all schools / nurseries . We also ensure that an appraisal for long term staff is carried out during a long term placement.
- Honest prompt communication: We are contactable 7 days a week (Monday - Friday 7.30-5.30) as well as at weekends and during weekday evenings.
