Are you a passionate teaching assistant with experience supporting children with Learning Difficulties, in particular ASC and SEMH. ?

We are working with an SEN provision in the Oldham area who require a teaching assistant to support a pupil with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis in their communications group. The role is to start immediately and is ongoing.
This role would be full time until the end of term and the funding has already been secured so successful candidates will be required to work Mon-Fri full days.

Ideal candidates will:
• Have SEND experience, in particular supporting children with autism and challenging SEMH needs.
• Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification: NVQ/CACHE
• Be available immediately full time and until the end of term.
• Be passionate, committed and dedicated
• Be trained in Team Teach would be beneficial.
• Adopt and enforce the ethos and wider life of the school
• Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references to cover the last 2 years employment history
