HISTORY TEACHER - NEW OPPORTUNITY

Qualified History / Humanities Teacher - please apply!

Pay: £150 - £225 per day (paid to scale)

FULL TIME LONG TERM ROLE starts 18th March

BASED IN BRADFORD

DELIVERING KEY STAGE 3 and KEY STAGE 4

Information about you:

• Are you a teacher of History who has recently qualified or has been teaching for a longer period of time?
• Do you approach your teaching with passion, drive and ambition?
• Are you interested in making a real difference in the lives of young people between the ages of 11 and 16?

About the role:

• Delivering high quality History lessons that consistently deliver good/outstanding lessons and students outcomes
• Working across your specialist area(s)
• Contributing in a positive manner to the Humanities Department and the whole school faculty
• Taking part in quality assurance processes within the area to secure improvements and provide opportunities for professional development
• Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom.

More details:

• Applicants must have a previous track record of delivering History to a high standard
• Knowledge of the existing curriculum if essential
• Clean Enhanced DBS on the update service is required
• Able to work on a long term basis during this placement
